OtogeGarage (“we”, “us”) runs this store from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. Questions or requests: hello@otogegarage.com.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided), and what you bought – so we can fulfil your order and support it afterwards.
- Account information: if you create an account, your name, email and order history.
- Messages: emails and support requests you send us, including repair details for your controller.
- Site usage: privacy-respecting analytics and standard server logs (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not build advertising profiles.
What we do not collect
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number goes to them directly and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
Who processes data for us
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) – to take payment.
- Email delivery (Brevo) – to send order confirmations, shipping notices and, only if you subscribe, our newsletter.
- Carriers (Canada Post and others) – name and address for delivery.
- Analytics (Google Analytics / Cloudflare Web Analytics) – aggregate site usage.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and account sign-in to work, plus analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, but the cart may not persist between visits.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to unsubscribe you from marketing email (order emails are transactional and will still be sent). Email hello@otogegarage.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
