Full warranty terms will be published here before the first order ships. The principle is simple: if we built it, we stand behind it — and because we stock the wear parts ourselves, a repair never means re-importing your controller.
Repairs
Bought a controller somewhere else? Once the shop opens we will offer mail-in diagnosis and repair for common rhythm game controllers: dead buttons, touch panel issues, worn cables and tired switches.
Shipping and returns
Parts ship by tracked mail from Windsor, Ontario — right across the river from Detroit, Michigan. Controllers ship only after you approve your test video. Full shipping rates and the returns policy will be published here before launch.
